Any Dedicated Server Provider with WHMCS Reseller Module or API?

I have a social network website with over 100 milion clients (not now but in about 4-5 months) ...
I want to buy a SX server from Hetzner so i asked them about the abuse terms ...

I got this response:

If we receive an abuse report for a site hosted by you, we will forward the abuse report to you. The deadline to solve the problem is in most cases 24 hours.
If the problem is not be solved within the given time the IP address could be blocked by our side.

IF there will be a lot of abuse reports for one customer server or account, it could lead to a cancellation of the server.

for 100 million clients, we really can't check their contents uploaded to our server (files and ...) so we 100% will get tooooooo many abuse reports and from what support dep said:

It shows that Hetzner is not Appropriate for social network or even big websites (as they said (IF there will be a lot of abuse reports for one customer server or account, it could lead to a cancellation of the server)) !!!

Question:
How some websites servers like discord located in germany, frankfort (i think it's hetzner !!!)) ?? and why they not get banned !!!!? is it because they hide their ip in cloudflare?
How even the abuse report works !!? how people submits abuse report ? and abuse report is for which contents?

We are looking for Europe location Dedicated server Provider who offer whmcs reseller module and with power management and all other IPMI features.
We will be comparing packages and pricing with OVH and other low cost providers . So expecting a good DC.

Expectable sales volume :Minimum 2 - 6 orders a week.

I guess they deserve to have this feedback, I've been using wholesaleinternet dedicated servers since 1st of January 2013 over 8 years damn! I am getting old

I used to have dedicated server with expensive providers before I met wholesaleinternet, believe or not I have less problem with wholesaleinternet after I changed from previous dedi provider. I have 0 problem last 5-6 years. These guys knows what they are doing from management to support, they have backup power, backup internet providers etc to maintain servers in good shape.

Price: I don't think you would find better pricing than wholesaleinternet I also have ovh budget dedicated servers close to wholesaleinternet prices they are also good after wholesaleinternet.

Support: When I had dedicated server with expensive service providers, response time of tickets around 2-12 hours. believe or not every time I create ticket with wholesaleinternet they response and make it happen solution nearly in an hour. My last interact was I need to have KVM and they installed within 30min. I have no words with these guys they are not only fast but also proactive.

I am based in Europe. If I buy a server from a European provider, I have to pay 20% VAT.

If I buy the same server from the US reseller, I do not have to pay VAT (the reseller bought it from the provider without VAT, and as a US business does not charge VAT).

Am I right?

If yes, how can I find non-European resellers of European providers (e.g., Hetzner, OVH, Online.net, etc)?

I am planning to purchase a dedicated server to virtualize with proxmox. I have gone through OVH and hetzner plans but I was more attracted to online.net (scaleway dedibox) better than the first two. Have anyone used online.net dedicated servers over UAE location? How is the speed? Please let me know which of these companies will be providing the best server and if you have any better suggestion (within the price range of these companies).

Any of these providers does not have any DC in UAE or GCC. As such, please do let me know the DC location to be selected along with the server provider.

I am looking for a good server or vps provider except (Hetzner & OVH).

We've been with Hetzner for years and, while satisfied with the hardware and technical support and infrastructure, quite unhappy with support/sales/abuse departments where it always feels like they're doing one a favor in even answering and often make little effort to actually help.

So my question is if there's any hosting provider to match what they offer? We want to upgrade from our current servers and one type of servers we looked into are https://www.hetzner.com/dedicated-rootserver/ax41 which you can get in Germany* for 39 EUR/month (plus 39EUR setup fee) (prices without VAT as we're outside EU). This is a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Hexa-Core which has a passmark > 17,000 and comes with 64GB RAM and 2 x 512 GB NVMe SSD. When I found something similar with OVH (slightly better CPU, 3600X instead of 3600), it 105 USD per month when committing to 24 months which is more than double.

Anyway, any matching offers elsewhere? We can probably take some bandwidth limitation and cool with either EU or US locations.



*They have a center in Finland but when I did a bit of research it seemed it offers much worse network connectivity so while 5 EUR cheaper per server, doesn't seem to be worth the risk.

Hetzner, I have several servers on the Company. There are many websites on my servers. One of my customers' website cloudflare was complained and this complaint was forwarded directly to Hetzner.
The content of the mail is exactly as follows.

Hetzner sent me the following e-mail. We analyzed my customer's site in detail, but we realized that Hetzner does not violate any terms of use, someone seems to have complained unnecessarily to my customer's site.

Later I did a research on Hetzner. I saw that there were some people who received this kind of mail. They say that if I do not remove my client's site, they will cut off access to my server's IP address within 24 hours.

Has anyone had such a problem?

CPU i9-9900K
RAM 64GB
SSD 500GB / 1TB
Unmetered network / no limits
Possibility to install my own OS by rescue system
KVM access (if possible)
No setup fees
Collocation Germany

Do you guys know any providers who offers such at a decent price?
I would go on hetzner, but, their setup fees of $670 would kill me
Lets say I had a budget of $40-50 per server, any providers with that range?

I currently have 3 Proxmox servers in a cluster with OVH, but their customer service is shocking to say the least.

I've been trying to find a similar provider, but I can't find anything near as comparable for the price/spec I'm after.

The spec for each server is:

AMD Epyc 7351P - 16c/32t - 2.4 GHz/2.9 GHz
256 GB ECC 2400 MHz
2500 GB SSD NVMe
UK (This is a must)
Proxmox VE 6

I don't need any managed services, just access to the bare metal.

Can anyone recommend a provider who can provide me with a similar spec and price to these? I currently pay around £200/month per server.
