I need a one-time server migration conducted by someone who knows what they are doing. I am not looking for someone to simply use Plesk's migration tool. I need a clone from my old hardware to new hardware. Any recommendations? I am willing to pay top dollar to ensure data security and that the migration goes smoothly.
I am looking for something fast, 64 cores, plenty of ram, i need to run windows but also linux and the windows linux subsystem only works on certain builds of windows server as far as i know.
so i am looking for something like a amd 3990x, 64/128g ram and possibly windows ten.
does anyone offer something like this? i have had a quick look and most only seem to offer windows server or they are sold out of high end servers or are uncontactable like webnx.
Hi there,
Can people recommend premium dedicated server providers who take uptime seriously and offer IPMI, redundant power, private networks, EPYC Rome configurations with NVMe, etc?
We don't need uncapped public network interfaces -- 25TB total between all our servers is fine, but the private network needs to be 10G+.
We used to use SoftLayer before IBM bought them. We're currently hosted with a very premium provider in Chicago but we're not getting the service we used to get there.
OVH's latest "enterprise" dedicated configurations (HG) look pretty good but... has anyone used them? Is OVH decent?
Thanks!
Hello people i am working to make a vps service.
I allready started with 4 Xeon E3-1230/40 Servers with 16 gb ram and 500 gb ssd 5 ip usables - i am paying now 30$ month for each server ( 120$ total )
i was looking for another provider with better protection anti ddos , better network , better location...
I look for a new provider with this config Dual Xeon E5-2430 - 64 GB RAM - 3 x500 GB SSD... 100$ month. 20 IPs
I have a very tight budget because I have very low prices....
I just don't want to degrade the performance of the service to my clients, I don't oversell on any server.
I am using vmware esxi and proxmox .... and all my vps are using windows server
any recomendation o provider is welcome.
Thanks
Please recommend.
Just provider located inside south Korea that supports English.
I am not interested in providers outside because I need to make it cheaper and get faster support.
Thanks

Hi there,
I'm currently struggling with creating a VPS on a Dedicated server.
I've purchased quite a high spec Dedicated server which is running Windows 2019 with Hyper-V installed and I'm looking at installing Ubuntu 16.04 and running it as a VPS off of the Dedicated server so I can allow my friends to make use of the server. I've purchased a failover IP address and I've attached it to the main Dedicated server but I'm a bit confused on how I am suppose to tell Hyper-V to use the additional IP only in that one VM box.
Please feel free to burn me for my stupidity but I could really do with some advice - thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
Jack R

Hey everyone, I need help choosing a dedicated server from psychz.net
My needs:
I want to have 4-8 VM's running simultaneously (the amount depends on how strong each VM is)-
If 4 VM's, each VM will have 4 game clients running. If 8 VM's, each will have 2 game clients running.
For reference, in my computer I have i5-6600 and by running 3 game clients, each one takes around 30% CPU and 800 MB Ram
(also, I am able to run 2 game clients on a Azure VM (4 cores, 8 GB Ram) "Standard F4s_v2")
Budget: $200-$300 a month.
What do you recommend in terms of specs, and how should I split them for each VMs.
What about operating system? Perhaps VMWare ESXI or Windows Datacenter?
ANY HELP APPRICIATED!
